Job Overview

You’re already an expert in HubSpot, but you’re driven to do more. This is your opportunity to become a true expert across all things MarTech. While HubSpot will remain your core platform, you’ll have the opportunity to work with other marketing automation tools and related technologies across a variety of exciting clients.

This role is all about ensuring that our clients are leveraging HubSpot to its full potential. You’ll be the expert who guides our clients and our wider team – applying your knowledge, solving problems, and pushing best practice in marketing automation.

You’ll be supported to grow – personally and professionally – in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results and continually improving.

Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Act as the lead HubSpot, or Marketing Automation expert for your clients, guiding them on best practices and platform usage.
  • Translate marketing strategies into actionable HubSpot configurations and campaigns.
  • Deliver projects covering onboarding, implementation, campaign creation, automation workflows, lead scoring, data segmentation, and performance reporting.

Platform Mastery

  • Configure and optimise HubSpot across email, forms, landing pages, lead scoring, automation, dashboards and CRM integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions that align with client objectives.

Innovation & Improvement

  • Explore and learn other marketing automation platforms and MarTech tools.
  • Drive innovation by applying new learnings across client projects and internal processes.
  • Utilize advancements in AI to create smarter more streamlined campaigns.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Client Services, Strategy, Paid Media, Content, and Design.
  • Support knowledge sharing and contribute to internal HubSpot best practices.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Client satisfaction with HubSpot services
  • Quality and effectiveness of HubSpot implementations
  • Campaign performance metrics and improvement
  • Knowledge development in wider MarTech tools
  • Contribution to internal process and capability improvements
  • Increase sales pipeline across client base
  • Improve lead quality for all managed clients

Skills / Experience

Essential

  • 2–3 years’ experience working hands-on with HubSpot
  • Proven ability to deliver marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s full toolset
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategy
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Passion for continuous learning in MarTech

Desired

  • Experience with other marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot)
  • Exposure to broader MarTech (CRM integration, analytics platforms etc.)
  • B2B agency experience
  • Understanding of the B2B technology sector

Working Arrangements

Work Environment
Hybrid working – two days a week in the Woking office

Work Hours
Flexible around core hours (10am – 4pm)
