Marketing Success Manager

Core Focus

We are looking for a Marketing Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, develop marketing strategies and deliver marketing success 

Must Have’s

  • Minimum of 2 years agency Account Management/Account Director (role) experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years of ‘hands on’ B2B marketing experience 
  • Experience of creating and delivering marketing strategies 

Account Management:

  • Own and leads the client 
  • Builds excellent working relationships and trust with key contacts (become a trusted advisor) 
  • Conducts regular client communication – i.e. weekly calls to discuss day-to-day workload and monthly call to discuss long-term strategy  
  • Devises and sends client a monthly report that clearly shows KPIs against agreed core objectives

Client Strategy:

  • Create and execute the client strategy, ensuring this is accurate and regularly updated 
  • Opportunities for growth and gets buy-in from the client to build and execute these ideas into the JBP

Planning and Resourcing:

  • Ensuring this is done in line with internal best practice within the planning system  
  • Ensuring work is done on time and within budget 
  • Keeping personal daily timesheets up to date and accurate


  • Ensuring the client’s monthly workload is delivered  
  • Exceeding the client’s quarterly growth targetin addition to exceeding your own quarterly growth target
  • Managing and negotiating client contracts 

Core Competencies

  • A passionate and talented marketer, who is constantly improving their digital skills and knowledge, and staying on top of the latest trends
  • A love for Account Management and marketing strategy
  • Experience and understanding of core marketing channels (automation, paid, SEO, social media)
  • A need to deliver excellence, brilliance and quality for clients that delivers results
  • A desire to be part of a growing agency

Nice To Have’s

  • A natural story-teller and writer
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or other leading CRM platforms
  • B2B tech marketing experience
  • Growth agency experience
