Turning Noetica into a modern, category‑credible brand to reflect their capability.
Noetica is a specialist provider of advanced contact centre technologies, known for powerful, patented solutions such as Synthesys™ and SmartBound™. Their expertise – particularly in outbound dialling and predictive diallers – is deep, proven and highly regarded by those who know them well. The problem? Too few people knew them.
In a noisy contact centre market dominated by large incumbents with aggressive marketing machines, Noetica’s visibility lagged behind the strength of their technology. They were trusted. They were experienced. But they were – by their own admission – a well‑kept secret.
They came to Cremarc to change that.
Noetica needed to:
- Modernise their brand and messaging without losing credibility
- Clearly articulate the value of their technology in a crowded market
- Increase visibility and share of voice around core solutions – especially predictive diallers
- Build demand and trust across buyers, partners and industry influencers
- Activate marketing in a way that felt authentic, not forced
Critically, they didn’t just want campaigns.
They wanted a strategic marketing partner who understood their business and could grow with them.
Strategic repositioning and brand levelling‑up
The first step wasn’t promotion – it was clarity. Noetica came onboard at Cremarc and we started with a light positioning reset, and rearticulation of their proposition, grounded in buyer’s reality. We worked closely with the Noetica team to sharpen how they spoke about what they do best. And rather than broad contact centre language, we leaned into proven expertise in outbound dialling, technical credibility and heritage, and confidence earned through delivery.
This repositioning ensured Noetica weren’t ‘another CCaaS provider’, but specialists who know outbound dialling inside out. The authority figure on outbound.
Their website also needed to reflect that confidence
We designed and built a new site that looked bigger, more modern and more credible. We matched the sophistication of the technology behind the brand, improved the UX and technical SEO performance, and clearly directed users toward core solutions and conversations.
The goal was simple. When someone landed on Noetica’s site, it should immediately feel like dealing with a serious, established player – not a hidden gem.

Becoming Noetica’s fully outsourced marketing partner
With the foundations in place, Cremarc stepped in as Noetica’s fully outsourced marketing function. Our remit predominantly spanned:
- Brand strategy
- Social media
- SEO, GEO and AEO‑led content creation
- Campaign planning and activation
- Event and exhibition support (including Contact Centre Expo)
- Continuous strategic guidance
Instead of isolated channels, we created a single, connected system.
A key element of this connected marketing ecosystem was owning the category in search. One of Noetica’s clearest objectives was simple and unapologetic:
“We want to rank No.1 for ‘predictive dialler’.”
Through strategically mapped SEO content clustering, we made that happen. Noetica achieved No.1 organic rankings for their primary commercial keyword, solidifying their authority in precisely the area they wanted to be known for.

This also translated into strong performance across GEO and AI‑driven results, with Noetica appearing as a top‑featured provider in AI search overviews – putting them front‑of‑mind for buyers researching via LLMs, not just traditional Google results.
We also set out to make more ‘Social’ social
The contact centre technology space isn’t known for its personality and authenticity. Everything tends to look and sound the same. It’s mostly full of big incumbents based out of the US who demonstrate little authenticity. They all feel like big corporate machines. We challenged that. Working closely with the Noetica team, we built a social presence rooted in:
- Human moments
- Thought leadership
- Conversation starters
- ESG
One post in particular proved the point decisively. A short video of Steve Brooks (Noetica’s CCO) playing guitar at a charity concert.

On the surface, it had nothing to do with predictive diallers. In reality, it humanised the brand, cut through a dull industry feed, and sparked a conversation with a major potential partner. That conversation opened up a relationship that Noetica had been trying to unlock for over a year.
That moment changed internal perceptions as much as external ones. It showed that authentic visibility matters – and that personality, when used strategically, drives tangible business outcomes.
Since partnering with Cremarc, Noetica’s brand presence has become modern, credible and recognisable. Engagement and inbound conversations have increased across social and search, with SEO authority being firmly established around predictive diallers. Previously closed‑door partnership discussions have opened. The list is ongoing.
At Contact Centre Expo – where Cremarc supported the design and planning of Noetica’s stand – the feedback was simple; the marketing activity was landing, and the impact was felt.
Noetica is no longer a secret.
They’re visible.
They’re trusted.
They’re ranked where they need to be.
And they’re being noticed for the right reasons – by customers, partners and the market alike.
Noetica’s Chief Commercial Officer, Steven Brooks, puts it well:
“Cremarc have transformed our marketing activity, whilst staying true to the core values of our brand. Having a strategic partner that very much feels like an extension of the Noetica family has contributed to our successes. The only downside is waving goodbye to the days of Noetica being a well‑kept secret.”
This wasn’t about tactics – it was about integration.
- Strategic clarity before activation
- Consistency across website, search, social and events
- Trust and collaboration with the client team – a two-way relationship
- Courage to sound human, not corporate
By aligning positioning, personality and performance, Noetica’s marketing stopped feeling like ‘output’ and started driving opportunity. Most importantly, Noetica’s brand now looks as grown-up, personable, capable and innovative as their product suite.
